No. Sync is optional and end-to-end encrypted. Treetor encrypts trees and pictures on your device before upload, so our servers store encrypted data that we cannot read. Keep your recovery code safe because we cannot recover it for you.

Treetor never silently overwrites either version. It keeps the latest synced tree and preserves the other edit as a clearly labeled conflicted copy that you can review.
