Known and on the list, so you do not have to hunt for them:

• No search inside trees yet. Export to Markdown and search the file, or keep trees small and well-named.
• No Undo in the Tree Editor. Deleting an item or branch is final once auto-save runs; export a Treetor Pack before large clean-ups. The annotation editor does have Undo.
• No dark mode. Treetor is light-themed; annotation presets do support dark pictures.
• Sync conflicts are resolved as copies, not merged item by item. If two devices change the same tree before they can sync, Treetor keeps both versions and labels one as a conflicted copy for you to review.

• macOS — open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, switch Treetor on, then capture again. macOS asks once per install.
• Windows / Linux — no permission is needed. On Linux under Wayland, capture may not be available on every desktop; Full Screen usually works when Region does not.

Treetor could not write to the data folder. Check that the drive is connected and not full, that the folder is not read-only, and that a sync tool is not holding the file. Your changes are still in memory: fix the cause and press Save again before closing the tree.

• Export Finished With Warnings lists pictures that could not be read; the document was still written. Open those items, use Replace under the picture, export again.
• Export failed usually means the destination file is open in another program (Word, a PDF viewer) or the folder is not writable. Close the file or choose another location.

• The file must be a Treetor Pack (.tpack) or Markdown (.md, .markdown).
• A pack made with a newer Treetor may need this copy updated first.
• Pictures linked from a Markdown file are only imported when the image files sit next to it.

Start Treetor again — your last auto-save is intact. A timestamped crash-*.txt report is stored under %APPDATA%\Treetor\Logs on Windows or ~/.config/Treetor/Logs on macOS and Linux. Nothing is uploaded automatically. Review the report before deciding whether to share it with support.

You may attach a screenshot or reviewed diagnostic report, but never send a licence token, sign-in code or password. Most replies go out within one business day.
